A 70-year-old woman with an incidental finding on MRI of a focal lesion between the pancreatic tail and the spleen (differential diagnosis between NET and vascular formation). An EUS was performed, confirming the reported formation, with a central vascular spot. After contrast agent administration (Sonovue), a slight late and progressive central enhancement is observed, consistent with a splenic artery aneurysm (you can view the video clip on youtube  https://youtu.be/BTQneNP9Nng   )
