A 72-year-old patient with history of recurrent cystitis for years and diverticular disease was referred to the outpatient clinic with suspected colo-bladder fistula as a complication of diverticular disease. Ultrasound scan, first sovrapubic, then transperineal, showed a suspected urethral diverticulum. X ray urography and subsequent 3D CT urography confirmed the diagnosis. Patient underwent surgical repair of this rare condition with symptoms resolution.
