A 54-year-old patient came to the outpatient clinic due to an opening on the skin surrounding the anus with pus discharge. The patient had no history of IBD nor GI symptoms. Transperineal ultrasound scan showed a perianal fistula, which was highlighted by a local injection of SF 0.9% and hydrogen peroxide.
